1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Cost of Credit

The Total Cost of Credit is the total amount you will pay for your loan. It is calculated by adding all costs you will need to pay over the period of the loan.

Note that this is based on the terms in the signed loan Agreement and may be subject to change. Also remember that you will have to pay back the sum you borrowed. Note:

• a) Late Repayments — If you delay repayment, you will be charged 1.2% daily of any installment that shall be due per day.
• b) If you fail to repay the loan, you risk losing your reputation in your community.
• c) Failure to repay can harm your chances of accessing loans in the future.
• d) In case of default, you will meet the costs of loan recovery.

3. Services

Lendigo Group Limited provides financial and travel related information and services subject to eligibility and approval.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website lawfully.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lendigo Group Limited shall not be liable for any loss arising from use of this website.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
